Where to begin is sometimes a common question for enthusiastic bloggers who want to get on with the business of writing up an inspirational or thought-provoking post that is going to capture the imagination or grab the full attention of their readers. I have been thinking along these lines. I was thinking about my previous post where I set out to gain your attention on the importance of looking after your heart on both the physiological and emotional level.
Would you believe that there are still people in this world of ours that doubt where the actual center of the universe is? There was a time in the past when people believed that the earth on which we all live is that center. It was based on religious beliefs which, in turn, also misunderstood the fundamental teachings of philosophers and prophets. Such misunderstandings and ignorance often caused wars to be fought and the loss of millions of lives. Now what does any of this have to do with healthy eating and living for heart, body and soul, some of you might be asking.
This slightly longer than usual post is for all the dirty girls out there. No, I’m not referring to those who never bother to wash themselves properly in the morning or those who haven’t had a decent shave under the armpits and you know where else for a good few years. We’re not even having that conversation ladies. Come to think of it, I may just be a dirty girl myself. Because the very thought of writing a blog post of what I thought about the term ‘pillow talk’ got me to tingle. And by the time I settled myself down at my desk to write this post, well, I started to get slightly damp down under.
