Hello ladies. It’s random chit chat time. Who knows what I’m going to be talking about tonight, or this afternoon, depending on which timeline you are relying on to sweat your way through another one of my posts. Although I must say – and this is rare – I haven’t the foggiest notion what I’m going to be gossiping about today. Now, I’ve just realised that I’ve gone on and forgotten to address one critical post on keeping fit that I think you will like.
I looked up good exercise for fat girls on the internet, and guess what I found; nothing. But then I forgot where I was coming from and had simply forgotten my manners – although that was never the intention; to be cruel and unkind, remember, even though I have lost quite a bit of weight and have improved my health and life over the last couple of years, I’m still a fat girl myself, in the flesh, and in heart and soul – all I was attempting at that juncture, admittedly with a little too much enthusiasm, was to be friendly through using one of my choice terms of endearment.
All around good health can surely never be possible if you don’t have good mental health and all those positive thoughts and emotions that go along with it. But there is a balancing act involved here, folks. In order to achieve good health all over, you need to do something about those stress levels of yours. In order to have a healthy heart and body, you need to also focus on those things and the people that matter most to you in your life.
Ok, for those of you who weren’t taken to my dialect expressed throughout my blog so far, have no fear. I’m going to give you a breather. I’m going to talk like a normal, well-spoken human being for a change, instead of like the Cockney I was brought up to be all those years ago. It was my well-spoken friend’s idea actually. And I thought it was quite brilliant. He’s take on things social media and blogging was that the best spokeswoman (or man) you can be is to basically be yourself. If that is your natural voice then so be it, share it with the rest of the world and see if they can get to know you better that way.
Aaah. Bloody marvellous, I says to me self. Today’s post is going to be a random chitty chatty one; just like one of me mates suggested not too long ago before this blog was started. No serious stuff like keeping fit and being healthy. Although it’s going to be bloody difficult to talk about the things I used to love and still miss sometimes. The brain doctor said it would do me no good. I have to keep on fighting the good old fight like old Churchill once upon a time said to all and sundries all those years ago when the nasty Jerries were about to overrun the country that me mum and dad were growing up in.
